Bidding is conducted entirely online. Each auction allows for pre-bidding before the auction and has a scheduled time when the lots will start closing. Some lots may extend if bids are placed near closing to ensure fair bidding.

After the auction closes, you will receive an invoice via email. Pick up must be made within the timeframe listed in the auction terms. Please read the auction details before bidding.

Yes, we do offer shipping on most items. Larger items like furniture, bicycles, etc. can not be shipped. If you would like to ask about a specific item, call us at (833) 454-5220

Pickup dates, times, and locations are clearly listed in each auction. Buyers must pick up items during the designated window.

Items not picked up during the designated timeframe will be considered abandoned and will be resold without refund. The buyer will be responsible for paying the cancelation fee.

We do not assist with loading unless otherwise specified in the auction details. You will be responsible for bringing assistance, tools or materials to pack your items.

A buyer’s premium is an additional 17% added to the final bid price. This fee is the auctioneers fee for hosting the auction.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, cashiers checks or wire transfer for higher-value purchases. If paying with a card there will be an additional 5% convenience fee.

Yes we will collect sales tax. Sales tax is 8.375% of the final bid price and buyers premium.

If a buyer wishes to cancel an invoice, it is $100 or 25% of the invoice total, whichever is greater. Any invoices under $100 must be paid in full. There is no cancelation offered for off site auction and the invoice must be paid in full.
For example, if your invoice is $150 the cancelation would be $100 since 25% is less than $100.
If your invoice is $1000, your cancelation fee would be $250.

No. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.

All sales are final and there are no returns.

If the buyer fails to pay the cancelation fee, they will be reported to Proxibid (bidding platform). This could result in being banned from all future auctions and will be recored to your Proxibid account for other auction companies to see.
