Contact us directly to discuss your items. Once accepted, we will provide a consignment agreement outlining all terms. If needed, we may request photos of the items or schedule a time to view the items in person.

We accept a wide variety of personal property, including estates, business liquidations, collectibles, equipment, and household goods. Acceptance is subject to review.

No minimum. Large consignments and full estates are welcome. Few items may be subject to a higher commission depending on the value.

All items are sold to the highest bidder as we are a no reserve auction company. Items will be target marketed and listed weeks prior to the auction date to ensure proper exposure. If there are any items where price is a concern, it will be discussed before the agreement is signed.

Commission rates vary depending on item type, value, and volume. All fees are disclosed upfront in the consignment agreement.

There are no upfront costs, unless discussed otherwise. The commission and any additional fees will be deducted from the final seller settlement.
Additional fees may include, but are not limited to, special handling, transport, storage etc.

A week before the auction, you will receive a seller inventory to review along with a link to the auction. We will let you know the date and time the auction will start so you may track it.

Once the auction is complete, we will allow a few days for buyers to pay and pick up or arrange shipping. A week after the auction, you will receive an update of status of your settlement and when you should be receiving payment.

Payments are issued after the auction closes and buyer funds have cleared, according to the timeline outlined in the consignment agreement. This will typically take 2-4 weeks depending on the volume of items sold.

If an item does not sell, we will try to resell it another auction. If it does not sell in a second auction, you will contacted to see if you would like the item back, donated or trashed. There may be a fee for unsold items depending on the disposal process.

Pickup or transport services may be available depending on location and volume. Fees, if any, are agreed upon in advance.

Items are covered while in our possession as outlined in the consignment agreement.

If there are any items you are concerned about, it can be discussed prior to signing the auction agreement.
